1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Nexza Solutions website or entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access our services or platforms.
2. Scope of Engineering Services
Nexza Solutions delivers custom web development, software engineering, business automation, and cloud infrastructure management. Detailed deliverables, project milestones, and commercial terms are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or signed project proposals.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of all contractual milestones, you retain 100% ownership of the custom source code, databases, and digital assets developed specifically for your project. Nexza Solutions retains ownership of proprietary baseline tools, frameworks, and reusable code libraries used across builds.
4. Payments, Retainers & Infrastructure
Invoices are due according to the terms specified on each invoice. We reserve the right to pause active development, maintenance retainers, or cloud hosting environments if accounts fall past due.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexza Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business data, resulting from third-party service interruptions or platform misuse.
