Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 9, 2026
1. Engineering & Custom Software Development
Due to the custom nature of web engineering, software builds, and automation setups, payments for completed milestones or initiated development phases are non-refundable. Detailed scope specifications are reviewed and approved prior to project kickoff.
2. Monthly Service Retainers
Retainers for ongoing maintenance, infrastructure management, and search engine optimization are billed at the start of each service billing cycle. Cancellation requests require a 30-day written notice. Mid-cycle cancellations are not eligible for prorated refunds.
3. Hosting & Infrastructure Services
Prepaid annual retainers for web hosting or maintenance may be eligible for a prorated refund for remaining unused full months if cancelled early, minus any applicable provisioning or third-party license fees.
4. Dispute Resolution Procedure
If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with a project deliverable, please reach out directly to your account lead at hello@abdulbasitworks.com so our engineering team can address and resolve the concern.
